La Rocchetta's cuisine is rooted in Piacenza's culinary traditions, interpreted with care and sensitivity by chef Giacomo Casarola.
Alongside typical local dishes, we offer select meats, raw and grilled fish, and a carefully selected seafood pasta dishes, prepared with quality ingredients.
Our meat-based pasta dishes, delicious and rich in character, showcase the authentic flavors of our cuisine.
All our pasta is rigorously handmade every morning by our pasta maker, following traditional methods and timing.
